Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Kishan Ashokbhai Kushwaha, a sole proprietor doing business as Zevian, of Umang Flats, Kanakpur Kansad, Sachin, Surat 394230, Gujarat, India (“Zevian”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of zevian.tech and the application at app.zevian.tech (the “Service”).

By creating an account, installing our GitHub App, paying for a plan, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Delivery Policy. If you use Zevian for an organisation, you confirm you can bind it to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old.

Zevian is software-as-a-service for search and AI-answer visibility. You connect a domain and its GitHub repository, plus Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. Zevian crawls the site, runs deterministic checks, uses an AI coding agent to prepare fixes, opens pull requests on your repository, and reports clicks, impressions, position, and AI mention rates before and after a change.

• Zevian opens pull requests. It never merges them. You decide what enters your codebase.
• The Service is delivered online only. Nothing physical is shipped.
• We may improve, change, or retire features. If we remove a paid feature in a way that materially reduces the Service, we will tell you in advance.

• You sign in with GitHub or Google. You are responsible for that account and for everything done through your workspace and its members.
• Give us accurate information and keep it current. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Only connect domains, repositories, and search properties you own or are authorised to manage.
• One person may not use a single seat to serve multiple unrelated customers unless the plan allows it.

Current plans (full details are on the pricing page):

• Free: no charge.
• Pro: $39 per month (India list price ₹3,999 per month).
• Team: $99 per month (India list price ₹9,999 per month).

• Merchant of Record. Our order process is run by Dodo Payments, which is the Merchant of Record for purchases of paid plans. Dodo handles checkout, collects and remits applicable taxes, issues invoices, and processes refunds. Your purchase is also subject to Dodo’s buyer terms and privacy policy shown at checkout.
• Recurring billing. Pro and Team renew automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise Dodo Payments to charge your chosen payment method every month at the then-current price. We will give notice before any price change, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
• Cancelling. You may cancel at any time by emailing support@zevian.tech (or from the billing page in the app where a cancel option is offered). Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep paid access until the end of the period already paid for.
• Prices and taxes. Prices are shown before taxes unless stated. Local currency prices may be shown at checkout. Taxes such as GST or VAT are added where they apply.
• Refunds. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. It forms part of these Terms.
• Failed payments. If a renewal fails we may retry it, and if it stays unpaid we may downgrade the workspace to the Free plan.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, or to infringe or violate anyone’s rights;
• point the crawler or the agent at sites or repositories you do not control, or use Zevian to attack, overload, or scrape third parties;
• use the Service to create spam, doorway pages, scaled low-quality content, purchased or exchanged links, or other practices that breach search engine policies;
• upload or generate malware, deceptive content, impersonation, or content that is hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise unlawful;
• probe, reverse engineer, or circumvent the security, quotas, or limits of the Service, or resell it without our written permission;
• use the Service to build a competing product by systematically extracting its output;
• misuse the AI features to violate the terms of GitHub, Google, Microsoft, or any other connected provider.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken, and we will explain why where the law allows.

Pull requests, explanations, and mention reports are produced with the help of AI models, including Google Gemini. AI can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing every pull request before you merge it and for testing your own site.

Zevian does not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing, AI citations, or revenue. Search engines and AI systems make their own decisions, and results vary. Mention tracking is a sample and is directional, not a statement of what every person will see.

You keep ownership of your repositories, websites, data, and the code merged from pull requests. You grant us a limited licence to access, process, and store that material solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your repository contents or search data to train AI models.

Zevian, its software, design, name, and logo belong to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

The Service depends on GitHub, Google, Microsoft Bing, Dodo Payments, and other providers. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions. If one of them limits or removes access, parts of the Service may stop working.

We work to keep Zevian available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, and outages can occur. Support is by email at support@zevian.tech, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST, and we reply within two business days.

You can stop using Zevian and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, legal requirement, or risk to the Service or others. On termination your right to use the Service ends. Code already merged into your repository stays with you.

Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue after termination.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Service or its output will be accurate, secure, or produce any particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zevian is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, traffic, or search rankings, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You will defend and hold us harmless against claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your use of the Service in violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting a formal dispute, please write to support@zevian.tech so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we cannot, the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Disputes about a payment can also be raised with Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record.

We may update these Terms. We will give notice of material changes by email or in the app before they apply, and continued use after that date means you accept them. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.
