You may use Zevian for lawful purposes and only with files, data, and media you own, are authorized to use, or are otherwise permitted to process. You remain responsible for your inputs, outputs, and compliance with applicable rights and platform terms.

Tools may change, become temporarily unavailable, or impose practical duration, output-size, concurrency, storage, and request limits for reliability and safety. A source platform may change or withdraw the formats it reports.

You may not use Zevian to bypass DRM, paywalls, private-account controls, authentication, security measures, or other technical access restrictions. You may not probe, overload, disrupt, or misuse the service.

You should review generated or transformed output before relying on it. Browser and network conditions, source file quality, and third-party platforms can affect results. Back up important source material.

These starter terms will be replaced or revised before commercial launch as the working tools, company details, providers, and jurisdictional requirements become known.
