01A digital service, nothing shipped
Zevian is a subscription web application. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners, or delivery addresses.
02How access is delivered
- Free plan: available right after you sign in with GitHub or Google at app.zevian.tech.
- Paid plans: your workspace is upgraded automatically as soon as Dodo Payments confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. There is no manual fulfilment.
- You receive a payment receipt by email from Dodo Payments, and can see your current plan on the Billing page in the app.
- Everything happens online. No download, installation, or licence key is required. Zevian’s fixes arrive as pull requests on your repository.
03If access does not arrive
If your plan has not changed within 30 minutes of a successful payment, refresh the app, then email support@zevian.tech with the email on your account and your payment receipt. We will fix it or, if we cannot, refund you in full under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Access requires an internet connection and a modern browser. Availability is described in the Terms of Service.
