Acceptable use

Use Zevian for legitimate personal or business tasks involving content you own, control, are authorized to process, or may lawfully use.

Do not use Zevian to violate copyright, privacy, data protection, confidentiality, or other rights; distribute malware; automate abuse; harass others; or process illegal content.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, DRM, paywalls, authentication, rate limits, or security safeguards. Do not use the media tool for private or protected content you cannot access legitimately.

Do not disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, submit malicious payloads, or consume resources in a way that harms other users. Reasonable limits may be applied to protect reliability.

Zevian may reject requests, restrict access, or preserve relevant operational evidence when needed to protect users and the service or respond to lawful obligations. Enforcement details will be finalized before public operation.
